Great team and company, would easily work with them again. No-nonsense work and competitive pricing. I had a furnace install, bathroom fan install and a whole home surge protector install done with Northwest. I'm grateful the team was willing to work with me in the Seattle area. I usually get many quotes and found Northwest to be among the best for both person interaction and pricing. Home projects are intimidating for me due to lack of experience so I really appreciate teams that understand this. The sales estimator was Shane and the installers were Andrew F., Mike V., and another guy I didn't catch the name of and the electrician was Rod K. I thought everyone was experienced, friendly and reputable. The scheduling/accounting team (Angie?) were also easy to engage with. They are great about scheduling and reminders. I will recommend this company to people going forward

Mike came out and he’s a nice and respectful man and he didn’t mind showing me the process and steps. He went one by one and his trouble shooting was fantastic. He was very systematic and found the problem and solved it. My A/C is now working perfectly. Cold at 49.9 and so nice to feel like my home is iced. Perfect timing.

Beau did an outstanding job with my parents’ home. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to walk my mother through everything, answering each of her questions in a way that made her feel confident and comfortable. She now understands exactly how to operate and troubleshoot the furnace thanks to his patience and thorough explanations. Excellent service and highly recommended.

This company is excellent! My mother is a senior and Micheal Wachtler went out of his way to answer all of her questions he was patient, courteous and efficient. I live out of state, and it was a comfort to feel that my mother was being taken care of with such care and due diligence.( thanks Micheal I really appreciate you!!)Payment was a breeze and Amanda in the front office was fantastic at answering any and all questions that I had. We had a very pleasant experience working with the office and the technician. Beau took the time to explain to us what was wrong and what exactly it would take to fix it. He was back out shortly with the parts and new thermostat. We’ll definitely be reaching back out to Northwest when it’s time for a new system.

Our service Tech was Beau, and Beau is exceptional! He was courteous and beyond patient with my obnoxious barking dog. I found him to be knowledgable, efficient, and charming.. I absolutely recommend him as well as the company. They offer a great service at a fair price.
