Omar and Alex we very friendly when they arrived and also arrived earlier than we expected. They got right to work and completed a complicated repair quickly and professionally.

Aaron was fabulous, he explained what he was doing, fixed a minor valve issue and will be coming back in next week or two to address AC issue. Today was too cold to properly troubleshoot A/C issue. I have a service contract to check furnaces.

Noel did a great job! Had a leaky gas valve to my furnace and he was able to quickly get a replacement part installed same day. Good communication and quality work, highly recommended

We had a tankless water heater that stopped working with 5 people in the house and no hot water including a severely disabled son. Technician did not introduce himself, was not prepared to conduct any repairs, and pointed out a leaking line but did nothing about it. He seemed primarily interested in getting out of the attic because it was hot and telling me that I voided any warranty because I did not descale the heat exchanger annually, how much it was going to cost for a diagnostic; even though the repair was straightforward and simple. He told me someone from the office would get to me the next day, which was 6 days ok. It was the worst service from Frymire that I ever received.

I Come back home 2 am Sunday morning and ac not working, house temperature at 86 degrees, From several emergency Services that advertised on Google, Frymire was the only one that come right away. Everyone else scheduled the service for the week. Jamal was super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company Amazing

Jamal did a wonderful job! My air conditioner wasn’t cooling. He found the problem and fixed it. I forgot to reset the thermostat so it was 66 degrees this morning. Great job!

This place is a rip off. Had a toilet water supply line that was leaking and I couldn't change myself so i called a plumber. Had an 8am to 10am appointment and the guy didn't show up until 3pm. I couldn't be there in person at 3pm to meet the guy so i had someone else to meet with him. Come to find out the water supply line did not need replacing and charged me $115 to replace a missing washer from a toilet. I called the next day trying to get an explanation and several days afterwards and I have yet to have someone to return my call. It's now going on over 2 weeks.
