The team was on time, respectful of my home, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was done efficiently and the system works perfectly. The crew made sure I understood how everything worked before they left, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. This company is extraordinary. They're a dream come true. The job they did was half the price of another HVAC installation we had done. The installation AP HVAC did was complicated, but they completed it in a fraction of the time the first (relatively simple) installation took. From the speed at which they set up the first appointment to give an estimate, and provided the necessary documents to the co-op, we knew we were in good hands. There were four pleasant, communicative representatives of the company. We've never seen workers clean up like they did. And not just at the end. They took care of the building all day long. We are happy, satisfied customers.

Peter and his team were truly exceptional. After being told by others that we’d have to wait up to 7 to 10 days for a part, they were able to secure it locally through their Daikin designation and get everything fixed the same day. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and were upfront about what was actually needed. On top of that, their pricing was more than fair and ended up being lower than what we were originally quoted. It’s rare to find a team this reliable, honest, and efficient. We’re incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

My first time using AP HVAC, for the purchase and installation of a tri-zone ductless air conditioner system. The experience was very pleasant and stress-free - straight forward. From Mike, the Sales Consultant, Adi, the Office Manager, to the Technicians who did the installation, everyone was courteous, and professional, as was the quality of their services. AP HVAC delivered everything they said and more. Working with Peter and Adi in the office as well as Mark and his crew on the installation was a pleasure. They completely replaced my antiquated HVAC and heating system with a brand new fully electric HVAC w/ heat pump. The work was done professionally and despite a few unforeseen installation issues (no fault of their own), was completed timely providing a much needed solution to my problem.
