Cool Ducts is elite! Nick and Sean came to our rescue and replaced our A/C unit in 95° weather. Nick is really special. He’s professional, polite, and prioritizes his customer’s experience over everything else. He didn’t up sell or pressure us to do the most expensive option. Instead, he talked us through the options and wanted to do what’s best for us - not just what cost the most. Really thankful for him, his team, and the comfortable temp in our home!!

Everyone at Cool Ducts was extremely helpful and communicative. Nick was amazing and worked extra hard to make sure we got our AC unit in the midst of a heat wave when our warranty company made a mistake. He was so kind and went above and beyond what we expected to get the job done. These guys are who you need to call when you need AC work done!
