I can't praise highly enough Swan Plumbing Heating and Air of Fort Collins! Here's what I really like: They did a thorough evaluation of my old HVAC system and, with current energy rebates, tax credits, and upcoming new Colorado HVAC requirements, gave me recommendations for new equipment options at a variety of price points. Their friendly, efficient, and expert service providers were on time and respectful of my home and got the work done as promised.

Desi checked our furnace and replaced our dirty filter with a new one that I had on hand. He told me of upcoming needs and gave me a good assessment of how my equipment is doing. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Thanks, Desi~ I didn’t pay today. I’m a monthly $$ customer.

SWAN is the best! Andy was out today for our annual furnace check. Nice guy and very thorough and kind. In fact, he taught me about our whole house humidifier so that I can adjust it and maintain it through the heating season. Thanks SWAN!

From the first visit with Micha, who was very knowledgeable and thorough, to the installation team of Zack, Austin, and Alan, everything was top-notch. They were kind, professional, and very informative throughout the process. They did quality work, cleaned up everything perfectly, and stayed until the job was completely finished. Swan also sent technicians to check our plumbing and even helped us complete rebate paperwork. That level of service is rare and so appreciated. I was truly amazed how quickly Swan's plumber, Graham, diagnosed & corrected the leak under my kitchen sink! Graham definitely knows what he's doing & I thank Swan for having such a knowledgeable, pleasant plumber with them! My pup even liked him! Adam and Derek did an excellent job! They installed a new water heater hauled out the old one and also installed a halo system. They changed the guts in the toilets and changed all of the valves under the bathroom sinks and in the kitchen. They also installed a new faucet in the kitchen for us. The price was good and their service was excellent. They answered all our questions and they were extremely pleasant. They took plenty of time and we didn’t feel like they were rushed to get out of here. They were proficient and professional And courteous. They answered all our questions and we felt like we were very well taken care of. Love this company! We have always gotten five star service!

Anthony did a great job with our annual plumbing inspection. He identified a potentially catastrophic issue with our water heater. Adam and Derek then did a good job trying to fix it in a stepwise manner, explaining everything well. When we continued to have an issue, Graham ultimately found that the heater needed to be replaced and determined it was still under warranty thankfully. They were able to get it replaced the same day. I was a bit annoyed that the guy who installed the unit made off with the hose we use to drain our sprinkler system supply on the week it’s getting blown out. However, that doesn’t detract much from the 5 star service they performed overall.
