The Technician serviced my A/C today. He was on time, and very friendly. I also really appreciate that he took the time to explain the thermostat to me because I had quite a few questions. Lastly, he also took the time to now only show me how, but he also helped me change the position of the vents in my room so that not as much hot air was blowing in. Sam did an excellent job with my furnace and air conditioning installation. He was prompt, courteous, and personable. He made sure that all my questions were answered throughout the whole process. It was evident that he is knowledgeable about his trade.

I placed an appointment. Was encouraged to pay the " membership fee " over the phone which I declined for I was not comfortable doing so. He went and scheduled without membership, gave me a window when to expect, NO Call- No Show- No answer following day. But was very highly available to take that "membership" payment over the phone. I am in business myself, and communication is key. Best wishes
