R&B has taken over for All City Heat & Air and I am just as happy with the new company as the old. Today I woke up without heat and called around 9 am to get an appt - Jimmy was here by 2:15 and completed his work at 3:15. Reasonable prices, great staff and customer service and best of all, I have heat!! Thank you for being so consistent over the years and I look forward to using your services again in the future.

Chris Stone was an exceptionally amicable and thorough technician with today’s visit. He shared information and feedback on both HVAC heat pumps for seasonal maintenance. Plus, he added a lovely conversation at no additional cost. As a former All City client, I couldn’t be happier with R&B Climate Control after their merger. Highly recommend.

Mary from R&B arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional. She is very knowledgeable & discussed her work & areas for my consideration to improve my HVAC needs. I would highly recommend Mary and appreciated her hard wor, recommendations & thoughtfulness.

Daniel was great!! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me thoroughly. I will definitely be requesting for him to do my spring maintenance.

Well its that time of year; switching from the air conditioner to heat. Which means its time for fall maintenance. I had the pleasure of having Daniel work on my system today. I must say I was impressed with the level of detail in their inspection of my HVAC system. In addition to walking me through the service performed., and bringing some things to my attention that needed to be repaired I was very happy about that. In addition, Daniel showed me a picture of the vent that runs from my dryer to the outside, lets just say it was in dire need of a cleaning. It was on my list of things to do. Daniel informed me its a service he could perform. I was so happy to get it done. Overall I was very happy with all the work Daniel performed and the attention to detail during inspection. Also glad I was able to check a few things off my list.

Finally met Chase today after talking to him several times. He understood my request and implemented 98% of what I requested. Excellent job with clean up and adding pebbles to my stone walk.POST WORK REVIEW However, make sure you have in writing exactly what is being done, in your quote. Also mark your plants as suggested otherwise they will wipe them out. You may tell main person to keep a plant but workers do not always know. So labeling what you want left, is key.

Chris provided seasonal service for our furnace today. Received appointment reminders and confirmation texts with arrival times. The service today was consistent with previous R&B service visits. Polite, professional and answered questions related to climate recommendations. Looking forward to working with Chris and R&B again in the Spring. We currently spend $19 per month for both Furnace and AC, which is comparable to other competitors.
