Phillips & Sons has been maintaining my AC since 2015, and when it was time to replace my HVAC, I went with Phillips & Sons because I trusted them. I knew the install would go smoothly and I wouldn't run into issues later. The new system works great! I appreciate that they’re nearby, highly responsive, knowledgeable, quick to schedule, and do quality work. They far exceeded my expectations and I’ll continue to do business with this company! I have been using Phillips & Sons for about 14 years now and have always received timely, professional service from them. My old heat-pump was 19 years old (original to the house), and although it was running fine, I decided to replace it before I had to. I was quoted 2-4 days of work to remove the old and install the new. Two men showed up at my house at 8 this morning (I wish I could remember their names) and worked constantly and mindfully through the day. They were finished by 2 pm, and that included them cleaning up after themselves. I continue to be very pleased with the service I receive from Phillips & Sons.

I am so thankful for the people and the quality of work performed by Phillips and Sons. I just recently purchased a home and moved in only to find the HVAC system didn’t work properly. I called a larger company in Lexington to come out and take a look and it was a waste of money, they over quoted me and didn’t even look into what was really wrong with the unit or provide any explanations. So I looked around for another company who I hoped I could really trust and found Phillips and Sons. They came out, very quickly and professionally, took the time to really go through the problems with detailed and clear explanations. They provided options and talked through different scenarios with me and in the end I chose to replace the system. They found affordable but good quality system and installed within 1 week. They are very reasonable priced, very professional and I will without a doubt call to use their services again if needed. Once the job was completed they talked me through the entire unit and answered all the questions that I had. I am very pleased with this company and would most definitely recommend them.

Phillips and Sons is a fantastic company who provide quality work. They are esponsive to customers needs and they put customers first, everytime. No matter how difficult the repair, they will find a solution in the quickest time possible. I have nothing but great things to say about the owners, office administration, as well as their HVAC tech. I have been a customer for both installs, maintenance and repairs for over 15 years.

They were fast and timely with getting us an installation/new AC system quote. We ended up selling that house before upgrading the HVAC system, but our new house has a new HVAC system installed a few years ago (by the original owner, and they had Phillips & Sons put in the new system) and upon closing our new house we asked for an inspection and they were quick to come and check that everything was working smoothly. They also are the company my daughter's previous daycare uses for their HVAC needs. They were always timely, and efficient to get their systems back up and running. This last summer the daycare had to close multiple times due to AC issues. But Phillips & Sons always made a point to get to them same day and to get the repair fixed ASAP in order for the daycare to be able to stay open.
