The tech was so nice. He made sure all the radiators were bled and nice and hot before completing the job and leaving. 10 out of 10 for David. He really takes his job seriously and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

We had technician David help us with the maintenance we had received. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He went above and beyond to give me the information that we needed. Definitely giving this business 5 stars. The young man gave the best service we have ever had and would definitely recommend David to my family and friends.

Called with a A/C problem and they showed up on the same day. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been doing business with them for years and will continue to work with them on all my heating and air conditioning needs. (I did need a new air conditioner after diagnosing my problem)

I have them as my HVAC service provider for many years and recent have them replace my whole system to the new ones including two zones, which turned out to be a great success - much more economical and quite contemporary HVAC system with 10 years warranty. They just got the AC unit main board diagnosed with issue during seasonal check up and had it quickly replaced. It feels like a family to see the same technicians, Alex, Brian and others, come for the maintenance and to know you are in the good heands.

A Costly and Frustrating Experience—Saved by a Second Opinion I want to share my personal experience with this company. It may not reflect how they operate with every customer, but it’s what happened to me—and it was a mess from start to finish. It began with a routine annual AC maintenance appointment on a Monday. I mentioned to the technician that the AC was working but sluggish on hot days. He diagnosed it as low refrigerant and charged me $950 for 2 pounds. That seemed high, but I trusted the diagnosis. By Monday night, the AC wasn’t working at all. On Tuesday, a different technician came out. He seemed frustrated and told me the first tech was wrong—the real issue was the interior coil. So on Wednesday, the original tech returned to replace the coil. That didn’t fix it. He replaced a few other parts (without explaining what they were), then disappeared to his truck for 90 minutes. When he returned, he said it might be a sensor or the exterior fan motor, but he’d need to order parts. I was told the parts would arrive Thursday or Friday. By Thursday afternoon, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called the office. They had no idea when the parts would arrive. Friday morning, the tech called to ask if the office had contacted me Thursday. I explained I had called them myself. He said he’d check on the parts and call back later Friday or Saturday. I heard nothing. By Monday, still no update. I called the office again. They contacted the supplier and said the parts would arrive later Monday or Tuesday. Later Monday, the tech arrived with the parts. He tried the sensor—no luck. Then he tried the fan motor, but it didn’t work with my existing fan blades. They quoted $2,600 for new parts. I checked online and found the same parts for around $1,000. At that point, I called a different company. They came out, spent 20 minutes diagnosing the issue, and found nothing wrong with the fan motor or sensor. The real problem? The fan motor had been plugged into the wrong terminal on the controller. It wasn’t getting a signal to start. This likely happened during the original visit. They spent another hour cleaning up questionable work, and now my AC works perfectly. As a side note, they would have charged $500 for the same refrigerant—still high, but almost half of what I paid. Bottom line: I spent a week chasing techs, waiting on parts, and facing inflated pricing—all for a problem that turned out to be a simple wiring error. I hope others have better luck, but I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.
