Jason was a great help, our central AC fan stopped late in the afternoon and he made sure to stay open a little later for me after I called to check on the parts. I tried a new capacitor and blower motor first, Jason advised to check the control board in case the new motor doesn't work. Sure enough even with the new motor, I still needed a new control board, confirmed with a multimeter that the 120V relay was bad. I call back in first in the morning, and Jason's already working on finding me a replacement board, worked this time! I'm in and out, and my AC's back up and running before noon.

I went into Brothers Air Supply this morning and was incredibly happy with the quick and thorough assistance I received right when I walked in the door. I'm not a contractor with a business account, I'm a regular guy who needed a capacitor; it made no different to the staff here.
