These guys are fantastic! They gave me a very fair price on the complete replacement of my indoor and outdoor units. They installed both very quickly (less than 8 hours) and did a professional installation. They even replaced my outdoor unit pads, and replaced my thermostats with newer smart home capable thermostats! Very happy with this company.

These guys are absolute rockstars. Our 7yr old unit died in the middle of triple digit heat and the repair was going to be more than 50% of a new unit. I brought out a couple of vendors for estimates and All Hours blew them all away. They quoted me a better system with twice the warranty for less that the other guys. The other guys were saying at least a weak for an install. All Hours had us up on the second day! Their install team operates like a NASCAR pit crew. We have a tricky staircase with a couple of direction changes and landings. They got everything up there, screaming quick, without a scratch or mark on anything. They are fast on the replies and came out at no charge to do some additional tuning. This is my new AC service company for sure!

The technician that came to our house went above and beyond! They were communicative regarding scheduling, on time, efficient, and made sure we understood the work they had done and went over how to reduce our need for any future service calls. We will definitely be using this company again and have already inquired about signing up for annual service with them. Highly recommend!

What an excellent company! First time using them and Joel made me feel like we had been a client for years. Friendly and respectful staff. Our service engineer was Gary and he was also great. Made sure we understood what was going on and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended using this company.

My wife called me at 6:30 saying we had a problem. The problem was it was 95° and our air conditioner was not turning on. Keep in mind i gave a 4 month old baby at the house. I called All Hours and Joel answered. I explained to him and as soon as I told him I had a small child he said, "we don’t play around with infants and elderly, I’m on my way". Joel was at my house shortly after 7 and diagnosed the problem. He had us back in a comfortable house by 8. Thanks again Joel. I know who I’m calling whenever I need any type of HVAC or plumbing work in the future.

Joel is an absolutely amazing guy and came out on a Saturday after I got home and had no AC. Beyond professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what had happened to me. Extremely fair in pricing and very polite and personable. I have saved his number and will not hesitate to call again should I need anything HVAC related! I will definitely be referring him to friends in the area!

I called at 8am to see if All Hours Heating and Air could fit me in to check my AC unit as it was not working properly. They originally scheduled me for 1pm on the same day, which I thought was amazing. They called back an hour later and said they could make it out earlier if that worked for me. Skyler showed up at 10am and had everything running within 30 minutes. He talked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. I could not be happier with the level of service and communication I received from All Hours Heating and Air. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan while they were here and plan to be a customer for years to come. Overall excellent customer service and a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service!!!
