Where do I start. So we are brand new home owners. We've been living in our home for about 1.5 years and the water heater here was 5 years new, well I got home from work yesterday and there was water all over my garage and the water heater was the culprit. Luckily the can had a sticker from when it was installed and from the moment the ladies answered the phone with my question over if it still had warranty to the moment Braden arrived and replaced our water heater, their service was very efficient, attentive and over the top! Braden said the can was no good and he was surprised that at 5 years it was done. So he replaced it right here at 6.30pm he was fast and great at what he does. He also installed a dripping pan so if it happened it would not damage the wall like you can see the water dripping marks. I definitely recommend! Thanks Rite and Braden!!

Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing are a GREAT company as well as the people they employ! Courteous, Professional, good and fair pricing for their services and above all else HONEST. Miguel Juvenal and Justin Thomas were the plumbers they sent to fix what I was dealing with…wish I had called Rite Way first, would of saved me a lot of time and aggravation with the plumbing company I had called first. I will be using Rite Way for all my plumbing needs. I am very pleased with my experience from Rite Way Heating and Cooling! I called for an appointment and spoke to Melissa who was friendly and very accommodating. She was able to get me a same day appointment. Eroy from Rite Way called to let me know when he was on his way to my house which allowed me time to get other things done. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit quickly and had the part to get it fixed rite away. He was kind and courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I know who to call next time my AC goes out!

The team from Rite Way did a great job installing our new AC unit. They showed up on time and went right to work. The team of three worked nonstop until the job was done, and then asked me to inspect their indoor workspaces to make sure that everything was clean and that nothing had been damaged. Given the size of the job and everything involved, I was very impressed that they left these areas as clean or even cleaner than when they showed up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Jeff did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and thorough job for us. We will definitely be asking for Jeff again if we find ourselves in the need for plumbing work in the future. I scheduled the $59 AC tune up and my technician was Keith. After he completed the basic service he came to me with my unit's report card. Overall it was in decent shape but there were a few areas that were showing wear and could lead to bigger issues. Keith was very methodical and thorough and took time to show me photos of worn pieces and explain the potential issues of not addressed. My husband was a career helicopter pilot and knew the importance of maintaining equipment, so I agreed to get the recommended work done. Keith worked up a price quote for me that pushed me to the edge of my financial comfort zone. Keith took it upon himself to research my unit and discovered the parts were still under warranty through the manufacturer. That brought my cost to an amount I could live with. Keith ordered the parts and came back the next day to do the work. It was a tricky process and he welcomed the advice of a more senior tech who confirmed Keith had done everything correctly. I appreciated Keith's professionalism and calm, easy going demeanor. He even offered to change a burned out ceiling light in my kitchen. If I need more AC work done I'll ask for Keith.

Todd was very professional, kind and explained things very simply. He reviewed all my options without high pressure sales so that I felt comfortable with my decisions related to my plumbing and repairs. Thank you Todd!
