I just wanted to say that my wife and I had a very pleasant experience with tech.Carlos. We immediately felt at ease while watching him work meticulous to ensure that our problem would be fixed right. He would politely answer all our questions while working. There should be more people like this that take pride in their work and has your best interest in Mind. Thank you sir.

Discovered late Friday afternoon that new a/c system wasn’t working. I emailed Rob’s at 5pm not expecting a call back until Monday. Early Saturday morning, I recd a call back letting me know someone could be there at 9:30. The tech, George Silva, was prompt and resolved the problem. He explained what the problem had been and how he had repaired it. I recommend this company for their service ethic and competence.

My AC unit stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden. I called and left a message with the answering service and sent a request for service after hours yesterday. Robs AC called me this morning before I made it to work to get me scheduled for the day. Samir came to my house in the window of time that I was scheduled for. Samir gave me an education on my cooling system and how to best maintain it. He also explained the correct filters to use and why it's important to use them. My system is vintage (almost antique in AC years- my words not his) and is still holding on, so the knowledge given to me today will hopefully let it run for another decade (fingers crossed). Thank you, Samir, and Robs AC! I'm so grateful for y'all's service and speedy response. I have two large dogs that would not do well in this Louisiana heat (neither will I). Robs AC will always be my go-to for HVAC services, but I'm hoping not to need them for a while.

Great job! Efficient, professional and done in a timely manner. The install crew arrived in time, prepped and got to work. The supervisor came by to make sure install was going as plan and done to specifications/guidelines. He then explained step by step. They finished the install and cleaned up, in time for me to make my daughter’s game. Thank you

Thought the man was craving fried Chicken for a while because I was really baking.! LOL told him about my last visit $125 to change batteries and I provided the batteries. He laughed so hard all the way to the truck everything is running fine he was very nice and he was very humorous you have a good day.

Service Tech Victor performed my yearly Preventative Maintenance. I have been using Rob’s for years and years. When I called to schedule my PM I was told the cost and was very surprised on the sufficient increase in price. Hailey at my request who spoke to George Service Manager about my concerns since I am a senior citizen and Only have social security as my income. It seems like the costs should be lower for Seniors. Thanks
