Bill knew exactly what he was doing and helped me reset my Sensi to the new network name. He was so friendly and personable and really did reduce the stress level. I was under trying to figure it out. He is a awesome technician.

I couldn’t recommend Carl’s Air enough! They truly came through when I needed them the most! My AC went out during the peak of summer, and they acted fast. Bill, Sebastian and Juan were amazing!! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They installed a new unit that’s not only quieter but also much more efficient, and the price was incredibly fair. Jason came out for a check as my units are up there in age. He went over all my options, discussed different replacement units and different warranties. He was a great communicator. If I decide to do an update, I’ll definitely give him a call to discuss further.
