No Sweat Air Conditioning

We received 2 different estimates to either replace our furnace & all ductwork or replace ductwork only. It would have cost well over $10k for either, so I called No Sweat AC for another estimate. Henry A. came out, thoroughly checked the furnace and ductwork and said the furnace was working as it should. He checked the ductwork and recommended that some areas needed to be sealed properly. Henry was able to finish the work today and it saved us thousands of dollars! Henry was friendly and professional - he explained everything to me and showed pictures of the furnace, ducts that needed reinforcing and the coils. I am so glad No Sweat was recommended to me and I’m very happy that I called!

Henry was great. Explained what he was doing and everything about the unit. He was punctual and did a good job with cleaning the unit to make sure the heater was ready to use . I had this company come out to try to fix a leak in a package unit but they wanted $2k to fix it so they just tuned my other unit. I asked the tech if I got a mini split could they install it, he said absolutely just call the office for the quote. Fast forward 6-8 months later, I email them a detailed email with a link to the unit and they responded back with some bogus response that they only install their supplied equipment because of warranty and liability reasons. I never asked for a warranty and their insurance should cover liability, so this must just be so they can make the profit margin on the backend from their suppliers while charging us an arm and a leg. I really liked this company when they first came out but now it sucks they just want to screw their neighbors... I think that's how the saying goes.

Henry was extremely accommodating and professional. He showed us pictures of before and after, units look great. He recommended items that may need attention for the future without pushing any immediate need. Trust worthy services, highly recommend this yearly service, and peace of mind.

Henry came on time and was very professional. Completely checked out the entire system to make sure the furnace would keep me warm this winter. Explained everything that he did and made sure I was satisfied. I love this company and the No Sweat Club.
