Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Repair of lg washer. It is still Broken. Sears now uses AI to field and answer all service issues. You can not speak to a human. I called the gentleman on his cell that sears used to repair the item and he did not answer within the warranty period. Now Sears is saying that it is beyond the warranty period and a new repair for the same issue will be the same price. Do not use Sears home services. They are a third party vendor and will not help you to resolve your issue as they have promised in their response to this good review.

To replace the water filter housing assembly, it cost me nearly $600. It's September 24th, 2025 on Wednesday, my ice maker hasn't produced ice ever since Sears replaced the housing. Unfortunately, I will contact another company technician to pay MORE money, to see if they could get my ice maker to work. Miami heat, you have to have ice to live more comfortably. It's a necessity, more than a luxury.

tech Erik I was five star. but the I give the sears appointment app, zero. Wasted a lot of my time and over a week for repair. Impossible to speak to rep for appointment seems use virtual only. in temp approaching 100 degrees. Also on the day I was confirmed for 8.36. then 1 pm then 45 pm then five pm arrival was after 5.30 pm , it seems that as calls are being scheduled to accommodate a route, I was booted to bottom of list . It happened two days on Friday and Tuesday. That was hell, Sers should fix their app. and stick to schedule, I hae to take time off work. No problems with Sears as regards to tech and repair.

Brandon L., the service representative, provided exceptional service. He was professional and arrived on time. I purchased last year the Sears Home Service Plan.

You are not able to repair A/C. I asked to cancel my subscription.Nothings no has been repaired on my 2 claims. The amount to repair by other company costs me 2000 dollars. This why I really don’t need you. You are useless!!!! and you lie on your program. With you I just pay the monthly subscription and not the inexisting service!!!!!

The rep was excellent. The Sears appointment system is antiquated. Requires waiting all day. No person to speak to. Can’t order a part that I forgot about the first visit.

The Technician was very professional and he explained everything! I appreciated the detailed information on how the electronics work and are synchronized.
