Action Air

Caden diagnosed my problem quickly. He took care of all the warranty paperwork. Got the part on order and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Super nice and courteous. When the part arrived, Caden and Maddox arrived early, installed the part quickly, and cleaned up. I give both of these guys three thumbs up. Kudos to action air for employing top notch people.

Twice I’ve used Action Air and twice I’ve been extremely satisfied with them. Patty is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to Call me back to update me and tell me a repairman is on the way to my house. The repairman was Jeremy and he was extremely friendly, quick and knowledgeable. He had our house cooling quickly and remained until he was satisfied with his work. His honesty and his skill are both commendable. These folks at Action Air are great and I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this company. They came and fixed everything very quickly. They are also very professional and friendly. If I ever need something fixed again or just matinence I’ll be calling these guys first. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Technician was prompt and quickly serviced my unit. He wore booties inside which was great and respectful. He was nice and professional. However, i was supposed to get a quote for a new system upgrade and never received my quote. So im unsure if they just wrote me off because i mentioned it would be a little while or if they genuinely just forgot.

Matt Taylor was absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t recommend him and Action Air enough. He was completely professional, honest, fair and went above and beyond for us. We will now be customers for life!!!

Called Action Air when our AC quit and they responded quickly. The whole process was painless, reasonable and transparent. Justin was our tech and did a fantastic job getting us up and running and explaining the issues. Will use them again and would recommend.
