All WEEK AIR CONDITIONING

I called this service requesting a refrigerant recharge for my AC unit. They said my the technician would arrive between 6 and 7pm but did not arrive until 11pm at night, despite assuring me they were "30 minutes away" several times. The technicians did their job and charged $595 to recharge my R22, which is a bit expensive. My complaint is primarily with the customer service. Every time I contacted the office, I had to provide all my contact information to a new person, who refused to give me the direct contact details of the technician. The next day I tried to get the technicians to return as the unit stopped working again. The office promised they would send them over but they never showed. I realize that in heat waves service an be limited due to high demand, but I would suggest the business reconsider the their operating model. When I call, you should be able to see my incoming number and not have to waste 10 minutes every time getting my contact information again, just to tell me "they are on their way" and I have to wait hours and hours with no way of contacting the technicians. I will be hiring a private, independent contractor going forward to avoid these hassles

Customer service was exceptional!!!! Call back in less than 15 minutes. Sam was extremely friendly and resourceful providing accurate information on the condition of the water heater. Sam and Diego arrived just in time and fixed the issue with no hurles.

Ronnie arrived in time. Quickly accessed and explained the problem and solution. Worked quickly and efficiently. Payment was also easily done. Liked that he had been to my house before. Excellent service. And why I have used AllWeek for years.

Even before the day that All Week Plumbing, Heating and HVAC replaced our aging HVAC, our technician Sam was extremely friendly and accommodating with all of the information and questions we had about the process. He made us feel really comfortable going into the day of the install. That day he showed up with his crew early and worked throughout the entire day, doing their best to keep the mess and the noise to a minimum while we were working. The end result - a brand new HVAC that was both quieter and more power efficient - was exactly what he wanted, and All Week Plumbing, Heating & HVAC was able to do it for us for a really competitive price. Before leaving, they made sure to clean up nicely and give us all the necessary maintenance, registration and warranty info, and left us feeling comfortable moving forward with getting the most out of our new HVAC unit. We would definitely use All Week Plumbing, Heating and HVAC again, and recommend them to anyone in the Jersey City area.

Had issue with indoor blower seizing up overnight, came immediately and fixed within a day. Good service thank you!

Great company. I’ve used All Week several times to service my HVAC system as well as my tankless hot water heater. Alex R most recently came out to help me with me HVAC system which would not ignite. Alex came over within the hour on a Saturday evening and fixed the issue on the spot. No games, no gimmicks, just high caliber service as always. Alex always explains what he is doing and never tries to sell you on a product or service that isn’t needed. He is the real deal. His years of experience in the field are obvious. Highly recommend All Week for any of your HVAC or hot water heater needs!
