The people at All Star A/C, Heating & Plumbing did a great job, and I am very impressed with the hard work they did. I had my AC unit replaced and Ed said they could replace the system for a reasonable price. The installers came the very next day bright and early in the morning. There were some wiring issues, but the workers said they would have it fixed that same day. I am satisfied with the work they did and can tell the people at All Star A/C will go the extra mile to make sure their job is finished and done right.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly during the scheduled service time window. Since it was my first service call with Allstar he told what he was going to do the day and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He patiently walked me through the setup of my thermostat and my HVAC system maintenance, very good experience.

Called midafternoon with an issue, they were able to send someone out the same day. Ben was very knowledgeable and got our heater up and running in no time. He also took the time to talk us through how to fix the problem if it ever arose again. Really appreciate his time and attention!

Ares came to my house to replace the capacitor. He asked us if I wanted him to install the top of the line capacitor out there and that it is lifetime warranty and they would come out to replace it at no charge, not even labor if I ever have any issues with it. Capacitors are meant to usually last 5-10 years depending on how often you use your AC and with this Texas heat we knew our capacitor would go out earlier. There was a misunderstanding on my end so Ed, the owner, called me right after I left a message after hours. I could tell he was an honest and genuine guy and not trying to upsell you like a car salesman would. We were able to work things out and I am a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Ed and Ares to my friends and family going forward! Thank you, Ed and Ares!

Great people. Service was fast. They were able to come to my home and not just fix my issue but his figuring it out within 20 minutes of starting. My issue was fixed within 40 minutes. Price wasn’t bad at all. And the quote I received to further fix issues that were presented to me to avoid the issue I had today was even more reasonable. The twice a year maintenance fee is stupid cheap imo. Always going to recommend these guys if any of my friends need their help.

I am absolutely thrilled with All Star A/C, Heating and Plumbing! They installed our entire AC system (both inside and outside units), A new water heater in the attic, and even replaced our attic stairs. Ed deserves special recognition for being incredibly customer-oriented and earning my complete trust that the project would be handled perfectly. The crew did a wonderful job, and we’re really happy with our new, quiet AC unit. They even fixed or removed anything that wasn’t optimal from our old set up. Highly recommend!

My AC was not cooling. They sent a technician out within the same day, and when he got here he immediately got to work. He diagnosed a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil. He took the time to explain everything he found to me, and never pressured me to let him perform the repair. He refilled refrigerant for free which gave us great relief. Once I accepted the estimate, they got a couple of guys out within two days. They arrived, got right to work, and were done in 4 hours. It costed a pretty penny, but I think it is worth it because of their transparency and devotion to doing good work rather than making sales. They were also very fast - from the first time I called to the completion of the job took just four days.
