The Outstanding Experience I have had with my First Contact Logan after Logan I met with his team Esteban Cesar and Aquilino they were awesome. I would highly recommend them to any house for the safety of preventative damage interior and exterior just looking the way they install it's so neat and organized and not sloppy it's like buying a brand new home with clean and neat fixtures. If only you can see how the team did inside and outside. I was soooo impressed really and I never thought to expect the unexpected. I'm giving Logan's Team a Commendation and I want the Team to be acknowledged even Derrick 1st close encounter of the 3rd Kind hehehe we didn't have to pay the $99.00 fee for inspecting our HVAC Unit. I was wanted to thank Keith for the Compromising of our deal I got a free shirt plus I helped with their food drive. I was touched. Thank You Team ARS Rescue Rooter Of Texas !! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 6 ⭐️ for the clean and neat installation. I'm ridiculously shocked and amazed. Our Air Con Broke and we thought we are going to be without Air Con for weeks but in a 24 hour Turn around It was back up and running. So you can imagine 89 degrees in the house and 94 degrees in the attic where they were working. My hospitality was indeed in their favor and I treated them as my guest and friends. So I served them lunch. Made sure they had ample water for hydration and made sure they were okay even though this is their job !! I made sure they were okay and safe. Thank You ARS for your outstanding team 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ I also bought a heater who would thought right? Might as well go for both. It’s an investment it’s not Car that depreciates lol. Kinda have to psych yourself about yeah it’s a chunk be then again the Longevity part of it and it’s made in USA can’t go wrong .

Excellent service from start to finish. I had an alarming gas leak in my home on 8/23/25. I immediately called The Fire Rescue Department they arrived in 6 mins together with Center Point. Upon inspection they diagnosed it was gas leak. Center Point Energy instantly shut off the gas line. I was informed by the Team of Professionals to get a plumber to handle the leakage I reached out to ARS/Rescue Rooter of Houston North, they were swift in their response the Manager/Tech Nick Johnson arrived began his testing process full scale and discussed his findings with me he was crystal clear with his recommendations to resolve the issues. I was given two options to consider I chose to close out my old gas lines and have them replaced with an entirely new gas line, new pipes. The following day a highly efficient Plumbing Team was on site to install the system. Both Plumbers Carlos and Mr. Segondo performed their tasks professionally, with safety utilizing their years of expertise and knowledge. Thanks to Mr. Luis who was also part of the Team. In addition follow up was done by the Head of Operations Mr. Mat Bouersox who diligently coordinated with his staff to ensure that maximum compliance was achieved and that I had absolute confidence with their work. ARS/Rescue performed many major jobs, replaced from my Air Conditioning/Furnace, Water Heater and other electrical appliances. Jobs well done! In view of the above I highly recommend ARS/Rescue for any or all your electrical and plumbing needs. They recruit competent professionals in fields of expertise. On March 21, 2025, ARS Rescue Rooter performed a sewer line replacement at my rental property, costing approximately $7,500–$8,400. During the process, technicians Jake and Edgar explained that I would need to arrange a temporary bypass through the utility provider (CenterPoint) at a cost of about $500. They assured me this expense would be reimbursed by ARS once the work was completed and the bill submitted. The request has to be made by the person on utility account (the tenant). I informed them what I was told and they proceeded accordingly. After the work was finished, we provided the bill as instructed, but reimbursement was ignored and we were given a run around. The tenant reached out to ARS multiple times and then I had to step in. The district manager I was forwarded stated this was the first time he had heard of such an agreement and said he will get back to us. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, no reimbursement has been provided and it has been 4-5 months. As a result, I had to personally cover this $500 cost for my tenant. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering ARS Rescue Rooter’s services insist on having all commitments documented in writing beforehand. What I was told and what was later honored were not consistent, which caused unnecessary financial burden and frustration.

Aaron came to drain the hot water heater. He did a very great job. He even adjusted the temperature for me. He was a polite gentleman.

Fantastic service and top-notch customer service by a True HVAC Subject matter expert. Casey promptly greeted me at the door, introduced himself, and, after requesting permission to come in, provided a brief rundown of his plans, asked the necessary questions, and began his Assessment. He was extremely thorough and efficient during his time here. He did a great job of explaining the step-by-step process while providing additional recommendations to increase HVAC efficiency, longevity, and protection. I would definitely recommend calling ARS because their technicians are obviously highly Skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. It came as no surprise that when contacting their customer service department, they were equally friendly, courteous, and informative the entire time. Lastly, as a US Army combat veteran, I was absolutely delighted to hear that Kasie was also a US Marine Corps combat veteran. I have the utmost respect for any organization that takes an interest in hiring our veterans, as they often fail to understand the value that many veterans, like Casey, bring to their organization. If I ever need service again, I will definitely call ARS for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

These guys were awesome! They came out fast, super professional, and didn’t charge just to show up like other companies. They fixed my sink in less than 10 minutes and even cleaned the whole line. Great price and great service — highly recommend!
