Just-N-Time AC and Heating

It’s been a couple of months since Just-In-Time Air came out to check my system and give me a few repair options. The owner personally reached out to explain everything, and they were out the very next day to get the job done. My system has been running and cooling great ever since — even through the hottest part of the year! I’ve also seen a nice drop in my electricity bill. Super happy with their service and definitely recommend them!

I have so much to say, because all three homes had exceptional service. David always came with a smile on his face and ready to meet the needs of the client. Annette, Melinda and Rachel , is the first voices you hear. They are knowledgeable in answering all of your questions, so you can make the right decision. Above all these are honest people they are not trying to mislead you and take advantage of elderly clients, like John Moore Company did my Aunt. The technician came out and told her she needed a new air conditioner and was going to charge her over 15,000. She called my husband and he told her don’t do anything, let me call Just n Time and David came to my Aunt house. He checked everything and mind you she is 89 years old. When he checked the thermostat she had it turn on heater, instead of air. He flip the switch and called me and said that was all wrong with her air condition. He only charged her a service charge for coming out. How honest is that from a company. I have them on speed dial cause there is no other company I would use. I also purchase a whole unit for my home, they service my daughter home and I tell all my friends about Just n Time. Thank all of you for your kindness and help. I also know it starts at the top good service and that’s from the Owner who train his staff to treat people like he would treat them. Awesome

The technician first indicated the unit wasn’t working and required a coil replacement. He also pointed out a water leak in the drain line. We met with Justin to discuss repair options and he noticed that the house didn’t feel as hot as he expected for the type of repair needed. We explained that the drain water leak was repaired and the unit may be doing better because of it. He asked the technician to return and confirm whether the coil replacement was still recommended. The technician showed up the next day to recheck everything and concluded that the unit that fine and no further repairs are needed at this time. I really appreciated their following up on their recommendations and thoroughly evaluating the need for a repair. They saved us thousands of dollars this time.

Showed up quickly to repair my furnace. Tech was able to trouble shoot and fix the issue by adjusting some wired connections within an hour. The service was great. The only issue is the cost. Hourly rate is 225 dollars and a diagnostic fee of 90 dollars took the total to 350 dollars to fix some wires that didn’t require any parts to buy.

Just-N-Time always comes through every single time I call. Their team is consistently reliable, and every technician I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and super informative. They don’t just rush through the job, they take the time to find the root of the issue and provide the best, most effective solution. It’s rare to find this level of service and dependability. Highly recommend! If I could give them 6 stars and a cold drink, I would!! They’ve saved me from melting more than once!
