Charles came to my home and fixed my AC compressor after a night of heat and humidity. Took him closer to 1 hour to get us squared away. Quick response time to my messages and friendly service. Definitely would recommend him and his company.

When your AC stops working, it always seems to be in the summer AND on a weekend or Holiday. Lucky, Modern Air is 24/7 and Charles came out same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. I really appreciated the automated text updates so I wasn’t at home all day waiting for the service window and he arrived right at the time he quoted in the morning. Charles ( Modern air) was quick to respond on a weekend and came by quickly. He gave us a few options which were reasonable and he is honest and upfront about the costs involved. He did a quick fix and I would recommend his services.

Charles was awesome. I had guests that haven't left yet, and he gave me a courtesy call. When I told him the guests are about to leave, he immediately said he can wait until they do and was very patient. When he got to my place, he helped with another issue regarding my vent guard. He is very knowledgeable and the price was really good. I will be using modern air of katy in the future because of how Charles understands customer appreciation. Highly recommend.

Earlier this year, Charles installed both our condenser and evaporator. Yesterday, our AC stopped cooling—the fan was running but no cold air. I called Charles at 7 PM, and he picked up right away. As a property manager of many retail doors... it is great to see that there are still honest people around. Most hvac companies are not trustworthy, not be caust they are not honest people but they are just trying to churn business and the technicians are not qualified enough. Charles is different. He is honest. Upfront. He does honest work and is not just trying to make the most money off of every job.
