Texas Strong Mechanical

I came home from work today to find my ac not working on a Friday afternoon. I had no idea who to call that I could trust. I looked up companies and reviews and decided to call Texas Strong AC repair. I made the call and the girl who took my call was so nice and hooked me up with a technician ASAP. Thank you, did not get her name. The technician that came was Amazing. His name is Jared. He came in my home and found the issue very quickly. Called to see if he could get the part today and he was successful Thank god due to my house being very hot and humid on a Friday afternoon and I have 3 dogs. I can’t say enough about this guy. He gets 10 stars from me. He was very concerned about getting my ac repaired ASAP and was concerned about my dogs. Thank you Jared I so appreciate the service you gave me today. If you have ac issues call and get him. You won’t be disappointed.

I had got quoted for a new ac with a different company charging me almost 50k , i called for a second opinion and wow my experience with this company is 10/10 , from the technician Rey who was excellent at his job and explained everything in detail to me. I could not be any more happier with this company and technician who provided me with an amazing service ! 10000% recommend

Jared was awesome! He came by on short notice and was very respectful and careful in our home. He got us fixed up in a hurry and explained how we could maintain our system so that our issue could be mitigated in the future. Thank you Jared!! ☺️

I recently received an estimate for central AC repair from this technician Mr. Sam Rivera, and im impressed. He was honest, upfront, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the problem in clear terms, outlined all options, and didn't try to push any upsells. The assessment was thorough, and I feel confident in his recommendations. I'm not sure if, I'm ready to commit to pricing , still waiting on my quote but the company seemed very reliable and I trust that they would get the job done efficiently.

Revising my previous post here. After reviewing my evaporator coil with an independent contractor, Texas Strong was correct in their original assessment and my installation of the original evaporator coil caused the shortened lifespan and leak. Professional team and trustworthy

Jared was punctual. He got to work right away. I'm grateful for his help. He got our A/C running cooler. He was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend TEXAS STRONG A/C AND HEATING.
