Grant was extremely professional! He gave us several options and ensured it was exactly what we needed. He was very friendly and even told my son Happy Birthday for his first birthday! He worked very clean and efficiently and if we need work again it will 100% be a request for Grant! I don’t know how much he makes but I would give that guy a raise just based on being awesome!

Brian Howard is awesome! Great young man with knowledge, expertise and communication skills that demonstrates confidence to customers to solve their plumbing issues. Brian spent a few hours at the house fixing our plumbing issues and did an outstanding job! Thanks Brian and will definitely call Hope Plumbing and Furnace for any future needs.

In response to the owner finally responding. The only reason you responded is because your manager John called me on November 19th asking me to take down this review. I explained to him that I wouldn’t & why. You see, not once, until now, did you bother reaching out in regards to the issues stated. You had your manger reach out because my review was having a "negative impact" on your business. If you or your staff would have reached out to me when I originally contacted your business, you wouldn’t be dealing with this. Going forward, when customers reach out because there’s an issue I recommend you responding to the issue at hand. I’m sorry my review has negatively affected your business but, I made every effort to handle this with you and your company prior to this review. I am extremely disappointed with Service Plus. After paying $8500 in full for a job, they failed to complete the work and have since gone completely silent. I have been calling their office since June 21st, trying to get ahold of someone, but my calls have gone unanswered. Even more frustrating, the owner has not responded to any of my attempts to contact him directly. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They took my money and left me hanging without any resolution. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers or the commitments they make. I strongly advise anyone considering using Service Plus to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that values its customers and stands by its work.

Eddie Owen’s texted that he was on his way. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was here before time waiting on the others to be on time. He as well as his team wore booties to protect my hard wood floors and carpet. They covered my floors with canvas tarps throughout their path in the house. He answered my questions and we had off topic conversations without interruption with the speed of his work progress. He explained the install process as they went. They worked continuously and cleaned as they worked. They were truly a professional team.

Both techs were amazing i would recommend this company along with Trace and Bartley . Had them replace my furnace let us know what they were doing step by step will definitely be using them again.Servicd plus was able to get here and get the furnace replaced in a short time frame.
