Long time Mountain Brook residents who recently switched over to Guin Services and couldn't be happier! Nick handled a small job for us at another property and he was outstanding and professional. We were not looking to switch over from a previous company but were sold by the level of service we received. We are now signed up for Guin's maintenance program and had Guin install a new system today. Austin, Shane Hudson and Addison did the install and were OUTSTANDING in every way; professional, knowledgeable and salt of the earth type young men!!!! We are confident we made the right choice we moved all of our HVAC and Plumbing to Guin!

Absolutely fast communication and amazingly personable staff. We had a leak and made a call, then in the most efficient time we already had Kyle come out. Kyle was very efficient and made everything make sense to where we made a plan to get our problem resolved. The

Couldn’t have been a smoother process! Other services need to take note. I received a text confirming my appointment, then another with my technician’s details and photo when he was on the way. He even called ahead to let me know his ETA. The service was quick, he explained the issue clearly, and couldn’t have been more polite. Excellent experience from start to finish!

These guys are outstanding. They were able to get us set up with a new AC unit in short order. Everyone that we worked with…. From the initial service call to the front desk to the scheduler to the guys who did the install… was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Guin’s service professionals are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have recently used them for replacing a garbage disposal and annual HVAC system checkup. I highly recommend Guin!
