My heater from 1987 finally stopped working. It was running but no heat for 3 days in chilly February! So I had 3 different companies give me a free estimate. Stan really impressed me. He was extremely knowledgeable at diagnosing the problem in 5 -10 minutes. He showed me that the controller was broken by using a special device that manually turned on my heater. He even told me the fan was making noise and needed to be replaced. The other two companies weren't as fast nor thorough (they didn't address the fan, one wanted to replace the igniter and valve which were fine, one took over an hour to diagnose, and the other companies couldn't prove to me why the controller was broken). So I had my heater replaced (stan told me the pros and cons vs getting a heat pump). His partner alex installed the heater from 8am to noon and also did an amazing job. Now my dad and I don't have to be freezing at night! I will definitely call Stan again for my ac and water heater replacements in the future!

The ice and water dispenser of my LG refrigerator stopped working. A technician from LG said the whole refrigerator door needed to be replaced. The problem was the door was no longer available because the refrigerator was 10 years old. Luckily, I found Stanley. Incredibly, Stanley fixed the problem that an authorized LG technician cannot fix. Stanley only had to replace a component inside the refrigerator. This sounded so simple and obvious, but I guessed that even the OEM doesn’t have the skills and expertise that Stanley has. I am so happy to have my refrigerator back! Thank you Stanley, you saved me!
