Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Have been a customer of Milestone for many years and the professionalism, before, the proficiency during and the politeness after the service have always stood out to me. Gary Strange was no exception and did a remarkable job in explaining the work and stayed with me to assist in a recommendation so that it was all handled on the same call. Kudos

William L. put several new light fixtures up for me. He did a great job. He ran into a couple of issues, through no fault of his own, but figured out what to do. He was so professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him and Milestone.

We had such a great experience, using milestone plumbing. They were able to come see Us same day and got our issue fixed in the next day. They were quick and honest trustworthy people. they helped work with us on pricing and worked around our schedule. Zach and Dwayne were who we worked with and they were such wonderful people. I had a clogged drain and Austin came and fixed it quickly and easily. He was extremely professional and very mindful of making sure he left things cleaner than when he got there. I appreciated his attention to detail to be so respectful of my home. Great service and a top notch employee!

I had informed the sales representative with Milestone that I may cancel the appointment because I was still calling other companies for estimates/quotes, she assured me that there would be no charge. Wit in a couple of hours I replied to her appointment email sharing that I would have to cancel since we already had someone out for service on a regular service call (not emergency and no higher rate). Although I cancelled the appoint, the technician arrived at the original scheduled time. Will Menzies was very polite and courteous as I greeted him. Even after I apologized and explained that I had canceled, he continued to be polite and friendly. He was very genuine in helping me not to worry and feel bad for the cancellation. Will even stayed to answer some of my questions about the issues we had with our AC. Will is definitely knowledgeable and experienced, he takes pride in his profession. I am keeping his business card in case we encounter AC issues in the future.

This particular service call was strictly a maintenance call for my my Furnace and HVAC check up. Milestone has always provided great service and the technician Ryan Allen did a great job. He took time to inform me as to what he was checking on and why, which i so appreciated. Such a nice gentleman, Milestone should be proud to have him.
