If you want an honest AC company with the best prices, this is the one for you. Kurt and Aaron installed a whole new HVAC and condenser in our house this past week and I’ve never had cooler or cleaner air. I opted to get the air purifier installed as well and I’m so excited to be breathing healthier air.

AC went out and we called one of the larger companies. They spent over 2 hours inspecting unit and then quoted me $2k+ to repair then suggested I just put towards a new unit for 15k. I wanted a second opinion and CoolCats was recommended to me. They were able to diagnose the issue in 45 min, verified under warranty and had part installed and AC working the following am. Total invoice with parts and Labor was less than $300. The front office was super responsive and the Technician (Aaron) was knowledgeable, honest and professional. Obviously a large cost savings. I will recommend them to family and friends.

I switched to Cool Cats about 3 years ago from a larger company. I enjoy the personal attention they seem to give, and I really like their AC techs. Both Kurt and Aaron are outstanding. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors. They all feel the same.

I had Cool Cats come out June 10th, 2025. Their dispatcher Meagan and their technician that came out Kurt were phenomenal. My AC was struggling to get cold & my electric bill was through the roof. This company and their technician took such good care of us! They were kind, prompt, affordable and professional! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Called them because of my condenser wouldn’t kick in to cool my upstairs. Kurt came out in 10min and fixed the wiring in 15min. If you are close by at the beaches I highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I literally would give 10 stars if I could this company is absolutely amazing. Aaron and his partner Curtis came out to my house same day diagnosed my issue changed out a small part all within an hour or two and my ac is running perfectly. I had another AC company come out before them who tried to scare me into buying a new unit. I appreciate Cool Catz so much for their honestly and good work! Highly recommend!

Trustworthy!!! Honest!!! Reliable!!! Kind!!! Cool Cats Heating and Air is everything you look for in a friend. To find it in a business is rare. I'm torn about recommending them to everyone because everyone would use them if they knew how great they were. They've earned this recommendation over and over again for many years. I left five star review a couple years ago and I don't think I've ever left two for the same company before but they've earned it. It's a heck of a day when I'm spending money to fix something and I feel good about it. They could have taken advantage of me many times, but Everytime, they do what is my best interest. They're a company looking out for their customers. They could charge more, but their integrity keeps them focused on being the best. They're the best because, I believe, they know God, and follow Him. I've never been preached to or spoken to about God, but their actions show His uprightness. They love their customers in the way they serve like Jesus would. Thanks Kurt for looking out for me, twice now this month. Thanks Aaron, for looking out for me for years. And Thanks Ricky, for running a great company and hiring great people. Love you guys. I pray for God to continually pour out His blessings upon you so much that others will have to raise their standards to keep up and shady businesses will be completely squeezed out of existence. Get the service agreement!!! You won't regret it. You definitely want these guys looking out for the most expensive machine in your home. Pays for itself many times over.
