I went with this company, because they were so highly rated on line. I'm so glad I did. Aiden came out assessed my situation, and was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining everything; the issues with my current system, and why they couldn't repair it. (He was totally in line with the guy I had come out last Summer when I had the same problem.) He was in-depth about the explanation regarding what the replacement possibilities were. I had the same positive experience with the two other people from Suburban that came out to replace my unit. (I believe this company only hires personable and kind people... which is always a bonus!) My experience from the first call to the installation was easy, smooth and efficient, and super fast. Suburban made it this way for me, and I appreciate it. Thank you Aiden, and all!!

Our brand new heater was not working when we got to our house on a Saturday (and the temps were dropping). Suburban called us back immediately and had someone on site within hours. Aiden was fantastic and took care of our problem immediately. Would absolutely go back to them for service in the future!

We used this company when we had an issue with our furnace. They originally quoted a $69 service fee for a technician to come out, plus $100 for the first hour and $40 for every 15 minutes after that. What they didn’t mention was the $168 minimum charge, meaning you’ll pay that amount even if the technician is only there for 30 minutes. I felt misled by the hidden fees, and when I called to clarify the charges, they were unwilling to work with us. We’ll be using a different company for our furnace moving forward. I wouldn’t recommend this one due to the lack of transparency. -I would encourage readers to also check Yelp reviews as they note similar experiences.

Caleb did an excellent job cleaning the vents and ducts in my house for both the AC and furnace. He was professional, thorough, and even took the time to explain the work he was doing step by step. On top of that, he gave me some helpful advice on other things to keep my system running smoothly. I really appreciated the care and detail he put into the job.

Called Suburban when our furnace failed to blow heat into our condo. Their representative scheduled service for us same day within hours. Service tech was professional, friendly and completed repairs within an hour. Definitely will use Suburban again whenever necessary!
