I recently had an issue with the AC unit. I call Victor to see his availability to look at the unit. He quickly showed up,(same neighborhood) and figure out the problem with minutes. He fixed the problem and had it up and running in no time. Victor was very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his line of work. You could tell that he takes pride in his work. Victor guided me as well, with a non related HVAC question that solved my problem. We have shared his info with all friends/family of ours. Thanks Victor for your help.

When our geothermal heat pump went down, Victor was recommended by a friend. He diagnosed a not so easy problem and had the parts to fix it on the spot! He was reasonably priced as well. He came out the same day we requested his services. We recommend him, and will use his services again when the need arises!

With some recent record rainfall we found 2 inches of standing water in our basement. Victor made himself available within 2 hours of us finding the problem and was there to help us. He assessed the basement and found that one of our sump pumps failed. He took the time to investigate the failed pump and explain to us what had happened and what we can do to prevent the issue in the future.
