AC out.. Scorcher today. Needed a motor for the compressor. Would not sell over the counter. Expected me to pay for a service call. $113 on Amazon. Piece of advise... Never turn a customer away. You lost business! If I have a serious problem, unfortunately, I will now ask another company for help. Not my next door neighbor. Too bad. - RESPONSE.. It's a fan motor. Not rocket science. Don't assume everyone that calls or walks in needs an over priced service call. $113 part and easy install. Would have been close to $800 for a service call. I know this, that's what you charged for the last motor replacement in our second unit, that fell off 1 month after your guys installed it. I had to fix that one. (they should have secured the bolts better)... You had enough time to respond, you could have just grabbed a motor when one of your guys came back and called me to come get it. I am 100 feet away and have done business with you for years. Instead, your front office person just turned me away.

Bob Rhodes has been taking care of our family for years. (Thank you so much!) I met the family many years ago and my family is blessed to have them take care of us and our home heating and air needs. They are quick to respond and help when we are in panic mode because our unit was acting up, and over the years we’ve had a few of these! (Yikes ) The staff and owner are friendly, honest and passionate about helping and doing the right thing for our family. You can call or walk into their office and you get greeted by smiles! Their genuine kindness means the world to us! We can’t express how much we appreciate all that they have done for us over the years. Thank you Cassie and team!!! We had an incredible experience with Bob Rhodes Heating and Air Conditioning for our HVAC installation. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring especially important for us with my wife being 9 months pregnant at the time. They went above and beyond to make sure our home was comfortable and safe. Bob Rhodes might as well be called Bob Suspicious! This is how they installed a mini split in my garage after spending almost $5,000 yes they drilled through an exterior wall stud and as you can tell many toggle bolts but only 2 of the 9 toggle bolts were actually holding the unit to the wall! I ended up having to hire another company to move the unit because Bob Rhodes would never return my phone calls. Run away! They don’t support there work! I have tried calling multiple times I have left messages with the receptionist and no one ever calls me back. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! UPDATE! - I spoke with Casey back on July 29, 2022 who was appalled that they did this work and said they would promptly fix it. As you are reading this I still haven't been contacted by Casey or anyone about actually fixing the problem they have caused. Talk about awful customer service. - I will update this post if Bob Rhodes EVER ACTUALLY FIXES THE PROBLEM! Update - April 8, 2023 = The supposed owner "Casey" has called me one time (July 29) said they would take care of it and has completely ghosted me from that point forward. I can't stress this enough to anyone in this market, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK and you will be forced to deal with there issues on your own and pay for them. I will continue to update this review every few months until the issue is resolved, hopefully by sharing my horror story with them it will reflect on all of the shortcomings that come with Bob Rhodes and reading this review will encourage you to look elsewhere for your next project. As you can see below they are quick to respond to bad Google feedback, but never actually remedy the problem.

The Bob Rhodes team has been very responsive when called, and upfront about our options. The office staff is accessible and friendly. The field technicians come prepared with the knowledge and positive attitude to solve problems.
