Professional from start to finish! After another name brand company came out and practically tried to sell us a car for the price they quoted, we called Wisconsin Fuel after my brother in law recommended them since he was happy with his install as well. John came out and so was helpful and professional with helping us make a choice, we were at ease and decided we were not getting any other quotes and going with this company. Pricing at this point, though we were comfortable with it, was not the only reason, John made our decision easy. The install team, top notch to say the least. Professional, informative, and cleanliness cannot go unmentioned. I’m pretty particular and after seeing the install and how they ran the exhaust and intake, from rolling the fittings, consistent spacing, pitch and plumb coming off the furnace, I could tell they took pride in their work. They went over the system with us before they left and told us to call anytime with questions. We are so happy they came this far into Illinois. I would highly recommend Wisconsin Fuel for your needs!!!!!

Our AC wasn’t blowing out cold air and we woke up to our thermostat at 78 degrees. I called Wisconsin Fuel right when they opened and they were able to get someone out within the hour and quickly replaced the part that wasn’t working. Max was our technician and he was wonderful! I highly recommend.

air conditioner went kaput. called Wisconsin fuel, they came out right away and gave me an estimate. couple days later their courteous, polite and professional crew came and installed a new furnace and air unit at a better than fair price. if you have problems with your heating or air I highly recommend Wisconsin fuel & heating. I was very pleased with the cleaning of my vents and ducks. Service personnel were friendly and polite. They performed the work in the time frame that they quoted. Service personnel who installed also performed the work in the time quoted. They were friendly and polite. WI-FI thermostat was installed and they worked with me to get it connected to my phone. Very patient.

We have been customers of Wisconsin Fuel for more than 30 years. They installed our current furnace and AC about 18 years ago and have done the regular checkups and maintenance since. The system they recommended has performed flawlessly over this time, and we trust them to advise us for replacement as the system approaches the end of its normal service life. It has always been easy to schedule convenient service appointments with them, and the techs are always on time. Today, we had an issue with the AC that turned out to be a thermostat failure. They were able to come out the same day we called and get the system up and running, while providing a reasonably-priced replacement thermostat. We couldn’t ask for better service and will remain customers for as long as we continue to live in this area.
