All year has went above and beyond in helping me when I have an issue with my unit. They were professional, reliable, and thorough with their work. I would recommend them to anyone in the triad area.

Jack was a pleasant and helpful tech. He explained the problem and worked as quickly as possible to rectify the challenge. He shared the benefits of having a maintenance plan and we are certainly looking into it once we receive the info. Thank you for helping us with this important need with the heat wave we’re having. All Year is the only HVAC company in the area I will do business with and highly recommend! My office is in our bonus room and the builders only installed one air vent so it is extremely hot during the summer and extremely cold during the winter. Something we have been annoyed by since we moved in December of 2020. I called All Year and they came out right away and recommended a mini split. Not only that but they asked me if I ever considered solar. They educated me on the current green initiative and not only are we able to keep our bonus room at a preferred temperature now, but I am saving a HUGE amount on my power bill each month and am looking forward to the massive tax credit. I highly recommend All Year to anyone!

I just had a new HVAC system put into my home by All Year Cooling and I couldn't be happier. Alex was super helpful throughout the quoting process and was very knowledgeable in laying out a system that more than satisfied our needs. The guys in the crew were professional and never inconvenienced us during the 2 day installation. They were meticulous and cleaned up nicely when they completed the job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO SERVICE THEIR WORK!!! I hired them to redo our duct work. After installation we have had a problem with the duct work. For 3 weeks in a row I have scheduled a service call. No one ever appeared. I one from their company called me to advise me that there was a problem. It is impossible to speak with a manager and they just give me the run around. Service Experts provide better service

Tim did a great job. He called to say that he could arrive early, which helped me with my busy day. Tim was friendly , helpful and professional. He finished our tune up in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

Been with all year cooling and heating 15yrs+ , always takes care of us, from the office personnel, the techs, are polite, knowledgeable... recently had to have our system replaced, the owner was the one who came out to give us the quote. He explained everything well, reasoning behind hits recommendations. New system installed within one week. Awesome service and excellent customer care.
