We had a great experience with this company. From the moment we called, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Steve, the technician who came to fix our AC, was outstanding. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained each step clearly, along with possible solutions. His knowledgeable approach gave us a lot of confidence. Thanks to Steve, our AC is working perfectly again. Highly recommend !

AA-Air installed a new unit for us. Chris came out and worked up the estimate for what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Zack, Jaron and Cara installed the unit. They were great, showed up on time, working efficiently and professionally while being very friendly and easy to communicate with. They left our garage cleaner than they found it. Cooper even came out to check on everything. He was great. We are very satisfied and would recommend AA-Air to anyone that needs their service.

Purchased a 3ton 2stage Trane Heat and Air unit and 50gl. gas Commercial Grade hot water tank. First let me say that AA-Air Company is great! System Designer ERIN was very knowledgeable on the choices she gave us on the different systems that would work with our home. She went out of her way to fit our needs and budget ! You can tell Erin and the employees at their company care about their customers. Now, our installers Jordan, Patrick, Austin, and Cooper were the best we have ever seen. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was installed right and that we were happy with it. Bless their hearts they even worked in the pouring rain, storm and all. Now that's dedication ! FYI, no mess left behind, clean up was impressive ! We can't say enough about how professional and nice this whole company is.

We had a loud noise from our old air conditioner, called AA-Air Co /Central heating and air in the morning before they opened and immediately received a call back from a very pleasant lady to schedule a same day appointment. Ryan Gentry came and helped us with our outdated air conditioner, we are looking at a new unit from them. Very satisfied with this service.

Sandra did a good job with the semi-annual maintenance check under the Basic Plan. She also did a good job explaining the workings of the system and provided basic tips on how to take care of the system. She was genuinely interested in the customer’s concerns. She was patient and did a professional job.
