Shout out to Pols Heating and Cooling! Our outdoor AC unit caught on fire Saturday due to an electrical surge. We had been dealing with another company who was putting us off for 1 1/2 weeks even though the AC was totally off and we were misable. They couldn’t even offer a temporary fix. We have a senior dog who doesn’t tolerate the heat very well so this was pretty important. I found Pols online and he came out that day. He IMMEDIATELY changed out the fried wires for a temporary quick fix. This was on Wednesday and we got the new replacement yesterday (Friday). His price was also way below what we were previously quoted and he did an excellent write up to assist filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. We can’t recommend Nathan Pol enough! He was prompt, professional and really cared that we got good service. His team is also great! Another bonus is that he lives in Tellico Village! Again, we highly recommend Pols Heating and Cooling!❤️

Had entire HVAC unit replaced. Thought I was getting a Trane but it was American Standard. Not a huge deal as both made in same factory, estimate listed both and the other unit we had was a Trane so hoping they would match but not a deal breaker. Nathan did a good job explaining the value of putting a better unit in vs saving $2500 from a competitor. Estimate process was professional. Justin and Jarin showed up to install, thought Nathan would be doing it but the guys were good to work with. Did a pro job installing. I’d recommend POLS but like any $10K investment… ask lots of questions. Update, Nathan reached out immediately to address any questions I had after leaving my initial review. Upgraded my review to 5 star without question. I’m signing up for the yearly maintenance with Pols. Highly recommend Pols!

I have never been so happy with the honesty and knowledge that Nathan had. about fixing my heat pump. Prices were very reasonable and he advised me about my specific unit. Nathan helped to restore my faith in repairmen because they are few and far between.. Thanks Nathan and God Bless

What really stood out was Nathan the owner stopping by to support his crew and give the stamp of approval that the job was done to his highest standards. That kind of care is rare these days! I have multiple rental properties and need quality and prompt HVAC services on an ongoing basis. I had a gas heat system in a home that failed to start when the weather cooled. Nathan came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts and in 48 hours the heat system was up and running. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the system and is very professional to work with. I highly recommend Pol's heating and air.

Thank you to POL’S for the outstanding job they did. Our heating system was acting up, so we called them. Within two days a new Trane, made in the USA, system was installed and we now have heat! Highly recommend this company!

It’s been hard to find an honest contractor, but I finally found one. I don’t know anything about HVAC systems so he (the owner) could’ve told me almost anything and I probably would’ve believed him. It was something simple and nothing needed to be fixed! Thank you so much! When he left my house my neighbor said, that’s a great guy. All the neighbors love him.
