Comfort Pros Air Conditioning and Heating

I called Comfort pros earlier this month after turning on my system and getting some weird burning smell. Stacy booked me quick and the next day the repairman Mario showed up on time the next day. He found the issue and fixed it right away and told us about other issues we may have later on with our 20 year old system. I had another company come out this summer and all they did was change the capacitor, they didn't look at any other issues. This company is thorough and did a great job. I will change my system with them this summer for sure.

I have been meaning to repair my air conditioning system since it broke down last summer (2020). Since COVID I haven't been able to find a company that would respect my home by wearing a mask and gloves or shoe covers! I bit the bullet and called this company my friend recommended. Not only did they have show covers, masks and gloves they gave me a "Care Packet" with masks and hand sanitizer. After the visit, I decided to update my system and make my home more efficient. They gave me a great deal on my air conditioning installation and furnace installation. The best part is they have an amazing 10 year labor warranty. I highly recommend you use these guys!

These guys are AMAZING. So professional, courteous and thorough! From the people on the phone to the folks who came and fixed the issue, everyone was SO nice. We had our AC go out on a super hot weekend, and they came and diagnosed the problem, offered us a portable AC to get us through, and came promptly to fix the whole job first thing the next day. The guys who did the job were so nice, careful and clearly knew what they were doing. Friendly to our kids and dog, and all around wonderful people. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t take shortcuts. We will NEVER call anyone else for our heating or cooling needs. These people are the BEST!

I live in the high desert, where the summers are unbearably hot and the winters are blistering cold. With that being said, our outdoor unit is constantly in use and enduring the harsh wear and tear of the seasons. I contacted Comfort Pros to get an estimate on their services, spoke to a really nice gentleman named Dyango and got a technician out the following day. What I loved the most was when the technician, Chris, arrived, he came suited and booted in gloves, a mask and booties to ensure proper COVID-19 safety (which is great, considering my mother is high risk). He switched out my dirty filter, cleaned the coils and added some refrigerant. They were in and out in no time, communicative with what exactly they were doing and professional the entire visit. Air is working great right now and I’m ready for the whatever the winter entails! Thanks again fellas!!!

The technician was very professional, helpful, caring friendly and very thorough. He also made some helpful suggestions to help me maintain my cool inside my home longer. I recommend Comfort Pros services if you really want something done efficiently, fast and with out hassle. I will definitely call Comfort Pros again! Finally, someone who actually Cares for my A/C needs. Thanks!

This is an edit of my original review. Our thermostat recently failed, and found out through another HVAC contractor that many installation elements were done improperly and not up to code/permit. We do not have a working furnace and have seemingly no recourse. Have tried contacting Comfort Pros for weeks now with no reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company installed a Greentek HVAC system last November (2020) for us. This winter the heater has not worked at all. we have called and called and called and no one picks ups. we had three other HVAC companies come and look at the system and each one said the installation was faulty and needs to be re-done. they could not and would not fix/touch the system. we are now exploring litigation options. whatever you do, save yourself the hassle and do NOT use this company. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars of your money.
