Their communication is great. They even send a text with a picture of the technician who is coming to your house, which I really appreciated so you know exactly who will be there. The technician was timely and very friendly. He was able to diagnose our issue pretty quickly and give us the best advice to solve our problem. He was very fair and did not try and upsell us into more work. I would definitely recommend them or use them again if I had another problem.

Leo and Ali worked super hard to give us a clean install in a challenging location. They replaced one full zone of our heating and cooling system on short notice. Their expertise and efficiency was clear and appreciated. They worked clean, professionally, and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. John helped source and size the deal. He also was quick, professional, responsive, and clearly cared about our best possible replacement system for our needs. Hired these folks to remove and reinstall my AC while I renovated my deck. They were $200 cheaper than one of the bigger AC companies I called, extremely friendly on the phone, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. They warned that my AC could fail upon reinstallment, given its age, but they got it up and running again. John even showed me how to change the AC filter and helped me choose replacement filters. Just lovely people - will definitely call them for AC/heating issues in the future.
