ROBERT helped us tonight and was the most kind, thoughtful and thorough technician we have met. He studied our house on his way here of a prior job the company had done for us, and came with all the parts needed for a hassle free replacement of multiple parts in our HVAC unit. Very compassionate and personable, not salesy, just very down to earth, knowledgeable and thorough. Even though it turns out the big part was under warranty with another company, I felt safer with Robert doing the repair and am glad I went with my gut. Bulldog in general is a pleasure to deal with. They don’t inflate their prices, did the same job at half the cost of another big name company out here who treated us horribly and was just focused on raising their numbers (I found this out from another technician who used to work previously at said company), and bulldog somehow always is able to come out either same day or next day. You’d think with their ethics and capability, they would be booked out for the whole week. This company is the most honest and reliable vendor I have out here and they are a GEM. Rob was professional and did a phenomenal job servicing and repairing my AC system. He serviced and repaired my AC in 105 degrees weather. He put on shoe covering before entering my home. He showed me pictures and explained to me whats needed to be repaired to have my AC functioning correctly and to prevent having major issues while I rent out my place. I’m so happy he had all the parts to repair my system. I will definitely ask for Rob again for my next maintenance service. They offer military discount. Thank you Rob.

Robert came out to my house within 4 hours of me calling Bulldog A/C. My condensate line was backed up and the ac had shut down the day before due to the Safe-T-Switch on the ac. He immediately felt the line was plugged and he blew out the line with his pressure tank, which cleared the line. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. I will always ask for Robert, if I need some work done on my ac or furnace in the future.

Rob did a great job at my house. He maintained my AC, went up to the attic, and recharged my system with Freon. Great guy. If you can request Rob to maintain your AC System you won't regret it.
