Cool Masters was offering a special for water heater flushing, which mine needed being old and never serviced before. Chris, the technician, was excellent. He came on time, didn't try to upsell me anything or add on anything, he was very professional and pleasant. He also cleaned up after himself, although he didn't have much to clean up because he was very neat and tidy with the process. Very happy with Cool Masters! I will call them again and highly recommend!

Eduardo was great! Super friendly, on time, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Usually I brace myself for the runaround, but this was the opposite — he kept it honest, respectful, and straight to the point. Got the job done quick, left things neat, and made the whole process easy. I’d definitely call for him again.

Excellent communication with the company. They sent me a text with a picture and information about the technician that would be coming. The technician, Eduardo, called 30 before he arrived. He was so professional and kept me informed with each step he took to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. Fair price and I would recommend them to anyone. I've been using Cool Masters for all of our HVAC needs for 7+ years and just purchased a new Furnace/AC system in 2024. They are always professional and you can't beat the service and responsiveness they continually offer. They stand by their work and put the customer first.

Chris & Joey did an excellent job putting in my brand new water heater. Chris came immediately to move my old water heater so the Aqua Guard folks could water proof my basement. The next day after the crew was finished, Chris & Joey came to install the new water heater.

Jesse, Ian, and Chris are awesome technician’s! Jesse and Ian came out a couple of times because they moved the HVAC and took out the hot water heater(I needed a new one) so a company could waterproof my basement. Then they returned to move HVAC back. Chris was there on that day to put in a new hot water heater. All three kindly answered my questions and explained what they were doing throughout the whole process. After installing my hot water heater , Chris made sure that all my faucets and etc were getting the air out so they would work. I will definitely call on this company again if needed.
