We used Absolute comfort heating and air when our old A/C went out. Even in peak season they were able to get us scheduled right away. They were on time and gave us a very good but competitive price. The crew came in and knocked the job out , Jeremy K. Went over and above to make sure everything was done to our expectations, we were very pleased with the level of personal service we received. I do definitely recommend this company every chance I get.

My husband and I were in a bind - AC quit working and house was 85 degrees. We managed for a few days -got a quote from another local company but they weren't available for another week or two. Once temps hit 95+ and humidity was high, the house was unbearable and we were desperate. I filled out a form on Absolute Comfort's website on a Saturday night at 11 pm, stating our immediate need. I had a text from Darren at 8:30 am Sunday morning asking how he could help!! My husband gave the information on our units and informed that we already had a quote from someone else.. we were mainly looking for a temporary fix. We sent Darren pictures of our units and within an hour he sent over an estimate that was $100 cheaper than the other company AND they could come Monday morning! I've never been so happy to write a check. The two employee's who came to install the units were professional and friendly. They did great work and took time to explain some next steps. 10/10 service. Would 100% recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much Absolute Comfort!

This company is honest and has quality products at a great price. I had multiple estimates done before making my selection. There is a lot of misleading information out there when transitioning from an R-22 unit to a R-410A unit. This company explains everything thoroughly and tells no lies! I was completely frustrated with other big name companies in Lincoln and was absolutely relieved when Jeremy came to look things over and promptly got me an estimate that was so much better than the others...........for the same quality equipment! The installers were awesome as well. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and hauled away the old. My product was registered immediately by the company. (you have 60 days to register you new system or bye bye to the warranty). Some places don't tell you it needs to be registered and here they even do it for you. My advice to anyone looking to convert their AC system would be to do your own research. Knowledge is power. Last but not least, definitely get a quote from these guys! You will be happy you did.

I can't say enough good about Absolute Comfort. I called them as a fairly new homeowner because their sticker was on my HVAC system and didn't expect much. They came out quickly, changed the small part that needed repair and charged me such a reasonable fee. Quick, easy, and no up-sell! Flash forward a year or so. My furnace wasn't starting so I called on a Sunday. Instead of racing out and charging me extra for the off-hours service call, they gave me a few simple suggestions to try to get things working and told me to call back if I still needed help. I was able to fix the problem with one of their suggestions and didn't need anyone to come out. So last week when temperatures rose, I didn't hesitate to call to have them come out to check on my non-working air conditioner. Again, they came right out, let me know that my ancient air conditioner needed to hit the road, and I purchased a new unit from them with complete confidence. Within a few days, they had arranged to have it delivered and installed. Their employee was courteous, helpful, and quick. This company was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Todd was our maintenance guy that came to our home for the spring a/c maintenance. This is the first time we've used Absolute Comfort, but we have nothing but good things to say about them! Todd was on time. Was very friendly, even with my (loud) dogs! He ]performed his job quickly and quietly. He explained all he had done and then I paid the bill. The only thing that was different from our other company which we used before, was they don't carry our size of air filters! Todd told me they dont have room on the truck for them! He did tell me where I could find them and showed me how to install them in our particular unit. Turns out, it was much easier than I thought! Their prices were very competitive with our other company; I'm definitely going to have to consider Absolute Comfort for our future needs!!Thank you Absolute!!

So extremely grateful for the amazing customer service given to us by Darren and all others at Absolute Comfort. We were in an extremely sticky situation with our closing and realtor when we purchased our home, but they went above and beyond to keep us informed and in the loop (even though they could've just never contacted us). He really cared for us and had great advice on who to contact. He saved our butts for sure and we will DEFINITELY be using their service whenever needed!
