Spring Plumbing

Home warranty used this company about a year and a half ago to fix our leaking toilet. Now it is leaking again. I removed the toilet and found the cast flange was broken and the tech from Spring just slapped on tin flange and new wax seal over it instead of fixing it correctly. Now I'm spending my Labor Day cutting the cast flange out and repairing it myself. Thank you.

The Company was referred by our home Warranty service. I have not always been impressed with the contractors They have sent. This time I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the service that was provided by spring plumbing. The response was quick. They were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had Spring Plumbing, contracted through AHS come out to our house for a washer that wouldn’t fill. AHS submitted the request to them at 1pm and we had Jake out to our house by 230 and everything was fixed by 3! Very impressed with the service received and timeliness.

We had leaking valves in our laundry room. Spring Plumbing called first thing Monday morning and had someone there within 30 minutes! Mason did a great job explaining the work to be done and fixed the issue promptly. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Spring Plumbing for about 5 years. They have put in a hot water heater, fixed my leaky toilet, and just put in a new sink faucet. I found them very reasonable, showing on time, and very courteous and friendly. They explained what they were doing, and how they were going to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Spring Plumbing.

Our water heater went out last night after 7:00pm. I called Spring Plumbing and the owner answered on the very first ring. 8:00 am this morning he was at my house and by noon I had a new water heater installed! Very professional, prompt service and high quality work. You could tell he had our best interest in mind when selecting a new water heater, making sure we had the right size replacement at a price we felt comfortable with. There was no sales pressure at all. We will definitely call Spring Plumbing again for our future plumbing needs. I wish I could give them ten stars!

Absolutly terrible service. Used through a warranty and will never use again. Came out, ignored the actual problem, said "fire make water hot, you good" and left. Refuses to listen to what the actual problem is. Avoid Avoid Avoid
