I was totally impressed. Ben and his trainee arrived on time and went straight to work. They began to diagnose the problem and concluded the motherboard had shorted out. D&G are Certified Bryant furnace sales & service. They had the correct motherboard and installed it. 2/2.5 hrs the were done. Amazing !! I would recommend Ben and his trainee to every one ! Best of the best, wouldn’t go anywhere else! Their techs are very honest, thorough and explain everything they do and why. Reasonable pricing too. From the front desk, techs, to the sales people, hands down a great crew. We had our furnace break mid-winter about two years ago. They came out and had a new one installed within 24 hours!

This was the second time I had D&G come out to my home. I had great service before but this time I had a wonderful technician, Curt. He was amazing. He went above and beyond, explaining everything he did & why it needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly & courteous. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Curt or this company. D&G saved us in the middle of heatwave. If you are looking for a service company look no further, and wait for an appointment if needed. Curt our technician was able to fix our AC unit the same day he was here, and our house is now a cool 73 degrees while it is 88 degrees outside (inside the house was 84+ previously before the fix). Very professional, affordable, and efficient work all around. And will be looking to D&G (and Curt) in the future for HVAC repairs and maintenance.

D&G installed our furnace 30 years ago. When it was time to replace that one of course we chose them to do the work! The service they had preformed for us over the years was prompt and well done! Again they did a wonderful job of installation! Thank you!

Terrific service right from my first phone call. Ryan and Jeffrey both came out to do work for us. They were professional and very nice, taking the time to explain everything they were doing. 100% recommend them!

We have been a customer of D&G for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Curt was out recently and not only fixed our problem but also explained everything clearly and showed me how I could tweak a setting from my thermostat that I would never have expected could be done that way.
