I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests regarding my kitchen sink being clogged and a leaking faucet. This was the third service visit, and I want to express my appreciation to Rich and Kevin for finally resolving the issue. They demonstrated great professionalism and worked diligently to ensure everything was functioning properly before they left. I truly appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right.

Rich came out to take care of some issues with my toilet! I showed him a couple of other things needed, in his opinion, while he was here. I took pictures to show as proof for the management company.
