Recently hired their services to get a mini-split installed in our small house. They came out and surveyed the scene and then sent back a very fair quote for the work. We scheduled the installation with them. They came out promptly on the date scheduled. The crew was friendly, they did excellent work, and finished it quickly and clean. Would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

David and his team helped me install a new air conditioning and heating unit. They did an excellent job: they were very punctual, respectful and professional. I really liked the treatment and care they had with my house; they covered the entire floor to avoid any damage. Adrián was also a very kind and polite person. I'm really delighted with the service. I would recommend David and his New Century team without hesitation. They do a very professional job!

Had New Century install a mini splits system in our home. They were great. Reasonable, fair, responsive, flexible, communicative. Highly recommend!

If I can give less than 1 star I would. He installed 4 hvac units in my apt and didn’t leave the remote control holders. It upwards of thousands to install and when I realized the holders weren’t there, it took over 4 months to receive after continued reaching out and following up. There has now been several attempts to reach out to him and his company to fix said hvac that doesn’t push out any cold air and he will not reply or respond to any texts, voice messages or calls. He is suppose to be a professional and I guess ghosting is considered professional to this business. Do not hire.

I hired New Century to install an HVAC unit and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I have been remodeling my house for the past one year now and I’ve had to work with several contractors from framers to plumbers. I spoke with David on the phone and he quickly came to give me a free estimate which he emailed within 5 hours. After receiving the invoice we agreed and he scheduled his team to come do the work. His team was polite and were mindful of the other work that was going. They completed work in a short amount of time and it was done neatly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND New Century HVAC Inc for the their quality of service and the pricing is very affordable.

I was looking for a new HVAC company to service my AC unit this summer. Worried about the type of service I was going to get, I was hesitant to call. But let me tell you, best decision I made this summer! The phone call with the receptionist alone was pleasant enough. I was reassured with my appointment time and date and David my technician was very professional with his work and respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend New Century for your services!

David and his company have been awesome. We had our central air unit installed over a year ago. He was friendly, on time, and always professional. There was an issue with the unit at first (manufacturing thing, not his fault) and he came out immediately to take care of it. I’d recommend him to anyone.
