Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating

I had an excellent experience with this AC technician Ray. Our air conditioner wasn’t heating properly, and he quickly found and fixed the issue. He was very professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The price was fair and the quality of work outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC technician. I’m very happy, Thank you so much Ray.

Eddie Soto from Service Genius came out today for the routine service on my heating and air conditioning system. He was so polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate his thorough work. He was very detailed and explained the work he did and showed me pictures. I recommend this company for any HVAC issues!

Service Genius came recommended, and they did not disappoint. I called when my A/C stopped blowing cold air, and 3 hours later Jonathan arrived to assess my issue. Thank you for the same day appointment. Jonathan was super professional, kind and thorough. After assessing the interior, we went and looked at the A/C on the roof together. I loved that he explained to me how everything worked and showed me exactly what he was doing and why. It turned out I had a broken compressor. He installed a new replacement and everything began working perfectly again. By the time we got back down to my home, everything was cooling again. He also quickly looked at my air filter (which I had been changing myself) and showed me how it ideally should be placed in the duct, and cut it so that it fit correctly because he didn't want to leave me with the wrong filter. It was above and beyond. I hadn't previously signed up for the yearly maintenance, but I did on the spot, and that's a high compliment from me. That's how good I felt about this service. Jonathan has a high level of expertise and really knows how to talk to and work with a customer. Thank you so much for the great service today. You exceeded my expectations!

Marcelo and Abel are terrific. Their knowledge regarding my HVAC system was so specific. I appreciated their detailed explanation and felt their care. More importantly, both gentlemen are very connecting and personable. So much of one’s profession is the life skills piece and I appreciate how much Marcelo and Abel took the time to connect. They are fine representatives of Service Genius both personally and professionally.

We purchased a new AC unit with Service Genius and we are pleased with the product and service. They have been attentive with the installation process and even came out the next day when we ran into an issue. Tony Jr assessed the situation and quickly found the problem. I highly recommend them.

Ray did a fantastic job at my home. He was direct, clear, friendly and very informative. He walked us through every step of the process in learning and understand the current status of our system and what he recommends should be done immediately and things of less importance. Overall very satisfied and will request him again in the future.
