I’ve had issues with my furnace and he has gone above and beyond to ensure that it’s running properly and we didn’t have to struggle through the freezing temperatures. Very reliable and trustworthy. We needed our furnace serviced. Another company had been out and told us we needed a new furnace. The tech seemed kind of shady so based on a recommendation we called and asked for Randy at Gough. He exceeded our expectations! He was able to fix our furnace and said it was good for a few more years. And the cost for the service was extremely reasonable! We will use them again when needed and recommend them to anyone else needing this kind of service. Thank you Randy!

We called Gough for a second opinion on our furnace which had been blowing cold air for the last few days. Randy showed up within 30min of my call, confirmed the issue was the gas valve, replaced the part same day (and another that was also bad) all for $500 cheaper than the first quote! I highly recommend Gough for their punctuality, expertise and pricing!

Received a quote from Gough for a new furnace and air conditioner. The owner said the quote would only be good through the end of the year, the prices were going to increase next year. We originally didn’t plan to have this job done until the spring, but being told prices would be increased we scheduled the job a month in advance to have completed this month. Gough called 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to say 3 technicians called in and they couldn’t complete the job. I had taken the day off work and had everything prepared for them to come that day. The receptionist was supposed to call back after speaking with the owner, but never did. After calling Gough back and expressing frustration the receptionist replied "I don’t think you want me to install your furnace". Since there’s only a few weeks left in 2022 she said the owner would get back to us Monday to possibly set up a Saturday install. I said Saturday wouldn’t work and would like to schedule for next year if they would still honor the price, but never received a call back. Very disappointing

I was very impressed with Dave Gough very professional told me what I needed and what I didn't need. He was very informative about the products he carries, I'm sure my wife and I are going to have Gough Heating and A/C install our new A/C system .

Gough did our Duct cleaning two years ago and was phenomenal. We had them return today to service our air conditioning unit. Always prompt, professional and reasonably priced
