We've worked with Air Temperature Service for many years as a trusted resource for our preventative maintence on our HVAC systems. Recently, one of our AC units stopped working and I called and spoke with the Service Manager Lindsey. She dispatched techs right away and they found that the unit was done. Since the building is less that 10 years old, Air Temps inspected the entire system looking for a root cause of the short life span and discovered an underlying issue that led to the early failure. We really appreciated the fact that they didn't just replace the unit and send us a bill. They took extra steps to ensure that the problem was properly diagnosed and corrected with a long term solution. They techs that did the work were really friendly and thorough. They made sure we were fully back up and running as quickly as possible. Front-end planning resources are extremely helpful in designing HVAC system to meet space needs. Air Temperature Services has the best inventory and access to system components, including RTU's as well as kitchen hoods, and as a result offers extremely competitive pricing. Definitely recommend contacting for project needs!

Do not use this company. They literally are located within 2 miles of my home. They billed me travel time to send a technician from 35 miles away, charging me for 1-1/2 hours of travel time. On top of that, there was a trip charge applied of $40. Additionally, they serviced an air conditioning unit that they installed NEW just over one year ago. I inquired what would cause a brand new a/c to run out of freon and they had no answers. No repair made and they just added freon. Bill amounted to $600. Very disappointing to say the least. Don't use them. Customer service is not good.
