Calverley Heating & Cooling

We have a yearly maintenance program with Calverly. They are great about letting us know when it is time for the Spring and Winter Servicing. We have 6 units and it takes them 2 days to be able to complete the servicing of them twice a year. They do an amazing job. Our technician Mitchell is always so professional and knowlegeable. This year we had to have a hot water tank replaced as an emergency service. I called in the afternoon, sent them photos of the issue and they were out the next morning to replace. Everyone from the Office Staff to to Service Crew is top notch!

Not only we're they able to accommodate my request for furnace replacement the next business day, both the techs that did the install went over and above to make sure the equipment was functioning perfectly before leaving. As I sit in a 72F house, I find myself incredibly thankful for the hard working team at Calverley. Friday evening our AC went out and they were able to send a HVAC tech out after hours to troubleshoot. They found that we needed a new coil unit, and that while they likely had the equipment, he wasn’t sure when they’d be able to schedule us for install. Fast forward to Monday morning and I receive a call before Calverley opens asking if it would be ok for them to come out and perform the install work that day. Having spent the weekend in an +80F house, we were overjoyed. The HVAC tech informed me they rescheduled a new construction job that they were supposed to work that day in order to perform our repair. Again, I can’t say enough about how courteous and professional everyone was. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

Had them install an AC. Not only did they have the best price but they offer the best warranty and equipment. Our installation team was friendly, professional and efficient. Very glad we went with this Calverley!

Last year in 2023 our heat went out at (obviously) a very cold day. Calverley was quick to respond, find the problem and get the part that needed to be replaced and they saved the day! So when the cold season started this year, there was no doubt I needed them to come out for some preventative maintenance to keep things healthy! Erica scheduled my maintenance and was very knowledgeable and courteous. The technician was on time, friendly, quick but thorough, and he got everything clean and working at its optimal performance. I recently had Calverley service my furnace after returning home from vacation and finding that it was not working properly. They were very prompt and professional! They fixed it immediately which made my family happy! They then scheduled a follow up cleaning for a few days later. The gentleman that cleaned my furnace provided me with everything he did in a written email. I was highly impressed and will use them again on a regular basis!!!!!!!!!!!
