Awesome. The technical and support information was very informative. Confidence in ability and knowledge of installation and payment options. Can’t wait to use our new generator during power outage. Antonio went through everything about new generator and did a great job with installation as well as his team that was working on project. Everyone was friendly and enjoyable to communicate with. Will is always helpful and enjoyable to work with. We already used our generator for a power outage 9 days after it was put in. They also ordered a replacement part for something they noticed when installing the generator within the next 10 days just to ensure we don’t have any issues. Thanks for great service and pricing.

Fast, efficient, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After 2 other companies said no and would take 4-6 hours with 2 people, Noah came in looked at it, said I can do it in 2 hours by myself. He did exactly that. Daniel did a fantastic job on our piping replacement. He tested everything before he left to make sure that it worked properly. He cleaned up the floor as best he could with it being a little damp. I highly recommend this business.

Property Damaged and ghosted by company: Dan S., the installer, handled the installation of our tankless water heater. He was professional, explained what he needed to do, and the maintenance process after installation. Due to a missing tool, he was unable to complete the installation on the first day but returned the next day to finish the job. Unfortunately, it took another week for the company to schedule the removal of our old water heater. And during the removal process, different employees caused significant damage to our property: 1 - They bent and dislodged the threshold from forcing the old unit over our door threshold. 2 - They also dragged the unit across our wooden deck, which resulted in splintered boards and chipped paint. 3 - I now have a pipe coming out of my chimney chute still with a part of my old water heater vent. We contacted the company by email in mid-July to address the damage and followed up with an additional email but received no response. Since then, we have been completely ignored.

First time doing business with West Allis Heating, and overall, a positive experience. Stephan, the technician, was personable, knowledgeable, and informative. Issues were discovered during a furnace cleaning and we were showed photos of what exactly needs to have work done, which is something we hadn't previously experienced with other furnace cleaning companies. Very up front on cost with no pressuring to pay for additional services. Highly recommend this company!

He got straight to business, efficiently diagnosing the issue without any unnecessary chatter.
