MP Heating & Air Conditioning

I’ve worked with MP Heating and Air a couple times now, and they’ve been awesome every time. Two years ago, I called them to install a heat pump so we could have AC in our new house. They got us on the schedule right away, gave us a great price, and were super easy to work with—plus they were really friendly with our dogs, which we appreciated. More recently, we had an issue with our blower fan during a heat wave. I messaged them later in the evening, and they were able to come out the very next morning, get the repair done fast, and get our AC running before the temps really hit. Everyone I’ve dealt with from MP has been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Outstanding customer service - I can't recommend Sam & his crew at MP Comfort enough. Just had them put in a new air conditioner and their ratings truly reflect their in-person service - his whole team is awesome. He's prompt, thorough, and goes the extra mile for service - even cleaned our dryer vent & gas fireplace! I'd highly recommend MP Comfort to anyone.

Blown away by the experience we had with MP Heating and Air conditioning. Never fun to have to buy a new AC unit but I felt so good about my purchase. So impressed with the whole process, how beautifully it was installed, that follow up care that comes included, and how friendly and knowledgeable they are. They took the time to explain everything to me then explain everything to my spouse when he got home from work. They were so personable and a pleasure to have them at my home. I cant recommend them enough!!!!!!

Sincerely the best customer service experience I’ve ever had for any work done at home. Suuuper friendly, communicative, knowledgeable folks delivering above and beyond service. They had clever solutions for our space, moved exterior fixtures to make our preferred AC unit location work, did beautiful work - all for a really reasonable price with follow-up servicing included. We got a few AC install quotes and liked MP’s price a lot - but even more than that, had a gut feeling about these guys. So glad we went with them. Highly recommend!

Did not have a good experience at all. My A/C was out. It was a Sunday and I needed it repaired quickly because of my medical recovery. Tech quoted me a price but was actually pretty vague (my fault apparently, according to the tech). Came several hours later than promised. Fortunately it was an easy fix, on a Sunday. I was surprised though because I was charged like it was a elaborate, difficult fix. I was grateful that someone could fix my A/C on a Sunday. I know it's more expensive. The tech knew he had me over a barrel and charged me more than double I expected. I expressed my frustration today after thinking about the charges. Tech said it was a four hour job (he was here 1 1/4 hours -- much of which was sitting in his truck while the house cooled off -- and he came from Mt. Scott -- 10 minutes away. I can't figure out the 4 hour math. No paperwork. Nothing I can use to figure it out.) Tech offered to come back, rip out the repair, break my A/C and give me a refund. nice guy...... Advice -- Tread very lightly. They made the minor repair but they made me pay through the nose with no reasonable explanation. I didn't get anything in writing. I.KNOW.BETTER. I was too hot and not feeling well. Get ALL of the info in advance. There are a lot of good HVAC companies here in Clackamas that are laser-focused on the customer. MP Heating sure wasn't.

Called MP out when I saw their cool pup van out around town. Glad I did too. They came out and did an excellent job inspecting my furnace and AC. Turned out my entire vent was clogged by a piece of insulation that peeled off. Thank you for doing a great job today and taking a pic of me n the wife in front of your pup van !
